As you may have noticed, our team at Paragon Star has been growing. A few months ago, Neill Smith joined Paragon Star as the Director of Events and Customer Experience. As we work to create a sports and entertainment district, events will be at the center of it all.
With 13 years of experience in live music, as well as event marketing and production on a national scale, Neill will help bring exciting acts and events to Paragon Star that you won’t want to miss. His zeal for unique experiences will make Paragon Star a true entertainment destination. In the future, you will not only see entertainment from local artists, because community is at the heart of Paragon Star, but you’ll also see concerts, events and entertainment from acts across the nation.
Neill helped us host our first event, the Wings4Water annual fundraiser annual fundraiser to raise money for global clean water efforts and local relief efforts. While Neill has lots of events in the works, we aren’t quite ready to announce them yet, so make sure to follow the Paragon Star Facebook page for more upcoming events.

What made you want to join Paragon Star?
The opportunity to work with an incredible team on a development from the ground up.
What excites you most about your role at Paragon Star?
Working with the community first and foremost. Our team at Paragon Star is here to provide a multitude of diverse events and activities. There is something for everyone and we hope to provide connection, excitement, and inspiration to all our patrons.
What are three words that best describe you and why?
Dynamic, Engaged, Ambitious
Dynamic because I’m constantly thinking of new ideas with a positive impact.
Engaged because I like to be hands on in everything from creation to implementation.
Ambitious because I am passionate about creating the best possible opportunity in a compassionate manner.
What do you like to do outside of work for fun?
I love experiences. Whether traveling, trying a new restaurant, seeking out a variety of events, or learning a new skill. Spending time with my family and keeping up with our 6-year-old.
