Crossroads will manage all retail, restaurant, and entertainment transactions, while Kessinger Hunter will manage all office spaces within The Village at Paragon Star.

Restaurant and Retail Space

The first building within The Village recently broke ground and will be complete in 2023/2024. It will consist of 70,000 square feet of mixed-use space, with the first floor dedicated to retail and dining and the second floor featuring 35,000 square feet of Class A office space.
